According to different customers’ needs, Sacel is able to offer the engineering of the part, the progressive die design and the study of the total productive process including the relative control phases. In particular the engineering department, where there are engineers expert in sheet metal stamping, plastic injection stamping, laser welding and complete industrial automoted lines, makes all the CAD development of the progresive die together with the automatic creation of the programmes (CAM) for the CNC machines. The progressive die manufacturing is made in an appropriate forefront department equipped with plunge and wire spark cutting erosion machines, as well as CNC milling and grinding machines. The opportunity of having at disposal a well equipped department for the progressive die production, assembly and maintenance, enables a high constant quality for all the production.
