The department of the thermoplastic
stamping has 5 presses (up to 150 tons)
equipped to stamp technical parts and with a
warehouse in order to work 24 hours a day.
Moreover, there are two co-stamping stations,
one of which with double injection, equipped
with robots and automated movements to load
the inserts and pack the products after the
check on a specific control station. All the
working stations are equipped with process
controls in order to supervise the cycle
stability and in case put away the
potentially faulty parts.
